I found ITC to be excellent in their attention to detail and very thorough in their communications even before I arrived in Bhutan. On my arrival the guide and driver were waiting for me at the airport, fully prepared. My digital camera failed me, but the guide loaned me his, and after my departure ITC e-mailed all my pictures to me — it was as if I never had a camera problem. Towards the end of my trip a business emergency arose which required my leaving Bhutan early; ITC was very accommodating and got me on an early flight.
